MPW Fan Cam Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Maximum Pro Wrestling (“MPW”) Fan Cam.

By submitting a photo to the MPW Fan Cam, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

You do not need to provide your name, email address, mobile telephone number, age or location to participate in the Fan Cam.

1. About the Fan Cam

The MPW Fan Cam allows fans attending live Maximum Pro Wrestling events to upload photos for possible display on venue screens.

The Fan Cam is operated by Wenlock-Simpson Management LTD on behalf of Maximum Pro Wrestling.

Participation in the Fan Cam is free and does not require you to create an account or join a marketing list.

2. Eligibility and Permission

You may only submit a photo if:

• you took or own the photo, or have permission to submit it;
• you have permission from the people identifiable in the photo;
• the photo complies with these Terms;
• if you are under 18, you have permission from a parent or guardian;
• if the photo includes a child, you have appropriate permission to submit it for possible venue-screen display.

3. Content Rules

You must not upload content that:

• is abusive, threatening, intimidating or harassing;
• contains nudity, sexual content or sexually suggestive content;
• contains hateful or discriminatory content;
• depicts or promotes violence, dangerous behaviour or illegal activity;
• contains obscene gestures or inappropriate language;
• bullies, humiliates or targets another person;
• reveals sensitive or private information about another person;
• includes copyrighted material you do not have permission to use;
• contains unauthorised advertising, promotions or spam;
• impersonates another person;
• contains malware, manipulated files or harmful code;
• is otherwise unsuitable for a family audience or inappropriate in MPW’s reasonable opinion.

4. Moderation

Fan Cam submissions are moderated before they are made available for venue-screen display.

Maximum Pro Wrestling may:

• approve or reject any submission;
• feature selected approved submissions;
• remove an approved submission from display;
• delete submitted content;
• restrict access where misuse is suspected;
• report content to an appropriate authority where necessary;
• suspend or discontinue the Fan Cam without notice.

Submission of a photo does not guarantee that it will be approved, displayed or featured.

MPW is not required to provide a reason for rejecting or removing a submission.

5. Permission to Display Your Photo

By submitting a photo, you give Maximum Pro Wrestling and its event operators permission to:

• receive and store the submitted photo;
• review and moderate the photo;
• resize, compress, convert or otherwise technically process it;
• display an approved version on venue screens during live MPW events;
• display it more than once as part of the Fan Cam rotation;
• apply borders, badges, graphics, animations or featured effects;
• retain it temporarily for moderation and operational purposes.

This permission is non-exclusive and is limited to operating, moderating and displaying the current Fan Cam experience.

Fan Cam submissions are not currently intended for use in MPW social media advertising or external marketing campaigns.

Fan Cam photos will normally be deleted within 90 days of submission, unless they need to be retained for longer for legal, safeguarding, security, complaint-handling or misuse-prevention purposes.

6. Optional MPW Insider Signup

After submitting a Fan Cam photo, you may be offered the separate option to join MPW Insider.

Joining MPW Insider is optional and is not a condition of participating in the Fan Cam.

Uploading a Fan Cam photo does not, by itself, give MPW permission to send you marketing emails.

You will only receive MPW Insider marketing emails if you separately provide your email address and actively agree to receive them.

You may unsubscribe from MPW Insider at any time without affecting your ability to participate in the Fan Cam.

7. User Responsibility

You are responsible for the content you submit.

By submitting a photo, you confirm that:

• you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit it;
• you have obtained permission from identifiable people in it;
• the photo does not infringe another person’s rights;
• the photo complies with these Terms;
• you understand that it may be visible to people attending the event.

You must not submit a photo where displaying it could place someone at risk or reveal private or sensitive information.

8. Requests to Remove Content

You may ask us to remove or delete a Fan Cam submission by contacting:

Please provide enough information to help us identify the submission, such as the event, approximate upload time and a description of the photo.

We may ask for additional information to verify that you are entitled to request its removal.

9. Availability and Technical Operation

We do not guarantee that the Fan Cam will always be available or operate without interruption.

The Fan Cam may be affected by:

• internet or mobile-network availability;
• venue systems and equipment;
• maintenance or technical faults;
• device or browser compatibility;
• moderation delays;
• event timings and production requirements.

MPW may change, pause or withdraw the Fan Cam at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Subject to that limitation, Maximum Pro Wrestling is not responsible for:

• failure to receive an upload;
• loss or corruption of submitted content;
• technical interruptions or delays;
• failure of a photo to appear on a venue screen;
• temporary or permanent withdrawal of the Fan Cam;
• losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you submitted the photo.

Nothing in these Terms affects any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Privacy

Information submitted through the Fan Cam is handled in accordance with the MPW Fan Cam Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how Fan Cam photos, technical information, optional email addresses and marketing choices are collected, used, retained and protected.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the Fan Cam, our operational practices or legal requirements.

Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute relating to these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
